Q: When Should I Shock Or Superchlorinate?
A: Shock treatments are recommended after heavy use, rain, algae blooms, or when combined chlorine levels rise. Typically once every 1–2 weeks or as needed.

Q: How Often Should I Test The Water And Adjust Chemicals?
A: For pools, test 2–3 times per week. For hot tubs, test daily or before every use. Adjust sanitiser, pH, alkalinity and stabiliser accordingly to keep water safe and comfortable.

Q: Are The Chemical Products Safe To Use?
A: Yes - when used as directed. Always wear gloves and goggles, store chemicals in a cool dry place, never mix different chemicals directly, and always add chemicals to water (never water to chemicals).

• Read Instructions on each swimming pool/hot tub chemical product thoroughly before use
• Never mix different swimming pool/hot tub chemicals
• When pre-dissolving chemicals, always add chemicals to water and never vice versa
• Always pre-dissolve chemicals in a clean plastic container
• Always handle your swimming pool/hot tub chemicals in a well-ventilated area, preferably outdoors
• Never use unlabelled swimming pool/hot tub chemicals
• Store all swimming pool/hot tub chemicals in a secure, dry and cool place
• Keep chemicals away from children and animals
• Avoid spillage
• In the event of a spillage, clean up using clean receptacles and dispose of in the pool. Flush area thoroughly with a large volume of fresh water
