All Swim offers a wide range of specially designed pool covers and rollers, including manual and automatic systems, to protect your pool, preserve heat, and simplify maintenance.
Geobubble Solar Covers
- GeoBubble solar covers are a top choice for outdoor pools in spring and summer. Their interlocking bubble design boosts durability, cuts water evaporation by up to 95 %, and aids heat retention. With a unique figure of 8 style bubble shape that typically lasts 25% longer than standard circular shaped bubble covers, these covers come in various thicknesses and colours (some with algae‑resist properties), and carry pro-rata warranties from 4 to 8 years.
Pair with a roller such as the Plastica Slide-Lock Reel for easy removal plus, add a Leading Edge to help with re-covering after swimming.
Winter Debris Covers
- When your pool is closed for the off season, a winter debris cover provides protection against leaves, dirt and grime. We offer a variety of colours and two spacing options (the tighter spacing recommended for windy sites) for reliable coverage.
Automatic Slatted Covers
- Automatic slatted covers use interlocking slats that roll or retract automatically. They can be installed in a pit (typically new build pools) or mounted above ground for retrofit installation on existing pools. These systems are ideal for heat retention, debris protection, and convenience.
Automatic Safety Covers
- Automatic safety covers (often mesh or reinforced vinyl) provide both safety and convenience. These covers can be installed in a pit - Coverstar; or above ground - Coverstar and Coverseal and are suitable for new build or for retrofitting to existing pools. They deploy at the touch of a button and offer a secure barrier against unauthorised access, while still helping reduce heat loss and keeping debris out.
Manual Safety Covers
- For those who prioritise safety without the cost of automation, our manual Walu safety covers are a practical alternative. They are UV‑resistant, robust and designed to resist seasonal wear and tear, offering secure coverage that blends with pool aesthetics.

Q: Do I Need A Cover For An Indoor Pool?
A: Yes, using a cover on an indoor pool is essential. A cover helps reduce heat loss, evaporation, and reduces chemical usage - even in a controlled indoor environment. Slatted covers or heat retention covers e.g Thermalux or Raeguard are especially effective at helping maintain water temperature and helping reduce evaporation.
Q: Is A Slatted Cover A Safety Cover?
A: Slatted covers can offer some safety benefits when they fit snugly and lock in place but they are NOT a safety cover as the slats float on the surface of the water.
Q: How Much Evaporation Can A GeoBubble Solar Cover Prevent?
A: GeoBubble covers can reduce water evaporation by up to 95 %, helping preserve water and heat, and lowering chemical consumption.
Q: When Should I Use A Winter Debris Cover?
A: Once the pool is closed for the season, install a winter debris cover to keep leaves, dirt, and debris from entering and contaminating the pool.
Q: What Are The Differences Between Automatic Slatted Covers And Automatic Safety Covers?
A: Automatic slatted covers use rigid slats that roll or retract to seal the pool, primarily for heat retention and convenience. Automatic safety covers use reinforced materials and mechanisms specifically to prevent unauthorised or accidental entry into the pool. Both types can be built into new pools (in pits) or retrofitted (above ground for existing installations).
Q: Are Manual Safety Covers Effective?
A: Yes. Manual safety covers provide a strong physical barrier to help prevent unauthorised access, are UV-resistant and durable for seasonal exposure.
Q: Can I Fit A Cover Myself?
A: Many cover systems are designed for homeowner installation, especially solar and manual roller systems. For more complex automatic systems such as Roldeck, Coverstar or Coverseal we offer a supply and installation service.
Q: Do Your Covers Work For Both Indoor And Outdoor Pools?
A: Yes. Our covers are suitable for indoor and outdoor pools alike. For outdoor use, features like solar gain, heat retention, and reduced evaporation become especially important. If you are unsure which cover is best for your application please contact the All Swim team for help and advice.
